The questions your district will ask, answered

Certificate of insurance naming the district? We're finalizing coverage now — reach out and we'll confirm timing for your date. Background checks on attendants? Done. Age-appropriate props? Reviewed before every event. You didn't have to ask — we know the checklist.

We're set up before doors open, tucked off the dance floor, out of the way. And billing works around your approval process too — NET-30 or invoice, once you sign off. One less thing standing between us and your date.

360 Booth

Guests hop on the platform, the arm spins around them, and seconds later they've got a slow-motion clip set to music with your branding baked in — ready to post before they've stepped off. It's the setup that gets an event tagged all over social.

Why for school events: The viral moment students line up for at prom and homecoming.

Digital Booth

No printer, no paper — just an iPad that fires photos, GIFs, and boomerangs straight to each guest's phone by text, email, or AirDrop. It's self-serve: the interface is so simple guests run it themselves. Ideal for share-happy crowds and anyone who'd rather skip the waste: weddings, mitzvahs, conferences, and green-minded company events. (Prefer prints? 2×6 strips are available too — your call.)

Why for school events: No printer, no line — instant to every student's phone.

For administrators

What your administration will ask for.

Every item here is a box on someone's approval form. We check them before you have to ask — which is how you win a booking a competitor loses on paperwork.

  • Background-checked attendants
  • School-appropriate props, reviewed before every event
  • NET-30 or invoice billing on approval
  • Certificate of insurance — coming soon, ask about your date
  • Setup complete before doors open
  • Compact footprint that won't take the dance floor

Events we cover

The school events that use a booth most.

Prom & Homecoming

The marquee nights — class strips in your school colors, and the 360 is what students ask for first.

Graduation

Class-year strips and family shots; the digital booth keeps up with a full graduating class.

School Dances

Winter formal, Sadie Hawkins, spring fling — the open-air setup eats through a busy line.

Spirit Week

Pep rallies, signing days, and sports banquets, with mascot props and team-color overlays.

Book Fairs & PTO

Lower-key, all-ages setups with a prop bin picked to stay kid-appropriate.

End-of-Year

Class trips, last-day send-offs, and senior nights with a yearbook-style strip.

School Events FAQs

Every quote depends on your date, hours, location, and any custom work. Delivery, setup, teardown, an attendant, unlimited sessions, and your digital gallery are always included — no surprise fees. Tell us your date and we'll send a quote within one business day.
Delivery, setup, and teardown; a professional on-site attendant; unlimited sessions; a full prop box and standard backdrop; and a digital gallery of every photo. Setup and teardown are never billed against your rental hours.
45–60 minutes, and we always arrive early. We're ready before your event starts. Setup and teardown never count against your booked hours.
We cover greater Chicagoland, plus parts of Northwest and Southwest Indiana and Northern and Southern Illinois. No added travel fee within our core area. Beyond it, we work it out case by case on actual mileage — no hard cutoff. Send us your venue and we'll confirm.
Prints come out instantly at the booth. Digitals go out on the spot by text or AirDrop where available. Your full online gallery lands within seven days — usually the very next day.
Send us your date through the Check Availability form and we'll reply within one business day with availability and a quote. No obligation, no deposit, just an answer.
We're finalizing our liability coverage right now and will be able to provide certificates of insurance — including naming your venue or district as additional insured — very soon. If your venue requires a COI for your date, reach out and we'll confirm timing for you.
Yes — on Open-Air and 360. A background-checked, professional attendant runs the whole thing, helps your guests, and keeps the line moving. Never an upsell, always included. The Digital booth is self-serve by design — simple enough that guests run it themselves.
Most setups need roughly an 8×8 to 10×10 ft area on a level surface and a single standard power outlet nearby; the 360 booth needs a bit more room. If you're unsure your venue has room, send us the details and we'll confirm the fit.
We invoice your accounting team and keep procurement simple. NET-30 or invoice billing is available on approval — for schools, non-profits, and small business owners or party planners booking corporate events. If you need a W-9, a PO set up, or a certificate of insurance for your vendor process, just ask — we'll work with your team on whatever they need to approve the booking.
