Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED: September 11, 2026

This policy explains what information Booths & Beyondcollects when you contact us through this website, the services that help us process it, and how you can have it removed. We keep our data practices lean and we don’t sell your information.

What we collect

When you submit our Check Availability form, we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number, event date, start and end time, event type, venue or location, guest count, booth preference, and anything you add in the notes. We collect this to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you book — plan and deliver your event. We don’t collect anything you don’t give us.

Who helps us process it

We use a small set of trusted services to run the business. Your information may be handled by:

  • Fillout — powers our inquiry form; your submission is captured and stored here.
  • Airtable — our customer database, where your lead and contact details are kept. Access is restricted to the business owners.
  • Slack — when a new inquiry arrives, key details (name, event type, date, venue, guest count) are posted to a private internal channel so we can respond quickly. Only our team can see it.
  • Google Workspace — we email you from here.
  • Stripe — if you book, Stripe processes your payment and payment details. We do not store card numbers ourselves.

Each of these processes data on our behalf. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How we use it

  • To reply with availability and a quote.
  • To coordinate and deliver your event if you book.
  • To follow up about your inquiry, and to help faster if you book again.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry and contact details indefinitely, so that if you come back to book again — or refer someone — we already have your history and can help without starting over. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Contact) and we will.

Photos & video

We photograph and record our booths in use at events, and we use those photos and clips in our gallery, on social media, and in advertising. If you’d prefer we not use images from your event, tell us before your event or email us anytime and we’ll remove them. For events involving minors — such as school functions — we coordinate with your organizer on what’s appropriate.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use two Google tools on this site, and both set cookies.

Google Ads lets us see whether an ad we paid for led to someone contacting us, and it may show you our ads on other sites you visit afterwards (remarketing). Google Analyticstells us how the site is used — which pages people read, how they arrived, and where they give up — so we can fix what isn’t working.

We use both to measure and improve our marketing and the site itself. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it to identify you personally.

You can control or turn these off without leaving our site: Google’s Ads Settings lets you manage ad personalization, and Google’s policy explains what it collects. For Analytics specifically, Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on that stops it collecting anything from you on any site. Your browser settings can block these cookies entirely — the site works fine without them.

You can also opt out of interest-based advertising across many companies at once through the industry tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is still no agreed standard for what a website should do with it, so we don’t change our behaviour based on that signal alone. The opt-outs above, and blocking cookies in your browser, do work and we’d point you to those instead.

Keeping it secure

The services above are reached through individual accounts held by the business owners. We don’t keep customer details on shared drives, in spreadsheets passed around by email, or on personal devices. No system is perfectly secure, but we deliberately keep the number of places your information lives small.

Children

This website isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through it — our inquiry form is for the adult booking an event. Our booths do appear at events where minors are present, such as school functions, graduations, and quinceañeras; how we handle photos from those is covered under Photos & video above. If you believe a child has given us information through this site, email us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of having your event photos used in our marketing. That applies wherever you live — we don’t ask which state you’re in before honouring it — and we’ll confirm once it’s done.

Links to other sites

We link out to other places — our Instagram, our booking form, Google’s settings pages. Once you follow one of those links you’re on someone else’s site, under their privacy practices rather than ours. We’d suggest reading theirs if you plan to hand over anything personal.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the business changes — a new tool, a new service, a change in how we advertise. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects information we already hold about you, we’ll email you rather than rely on you noticing.
