When you submit our Check Availability form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, event date, event type, and any message. We collect this only to respond to your inquiry and plan your event.

Our inquiry form is powered by Tally. Your submission is processed and stored by Tally on our behalf; see Tally’s own privacy policy for how they handle data.

How we use it

• To reply with availability and a quote.
• To coordinate and deliver your event if you book.
• To follow up about your inquiry.

We do not sell your information.

This site does not set advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy.

Photos

We may photograph and video our booths in use at events. If you’d prefer we not use images from your event in our gallery or social media, just let us know.
