Most booths are set up in 45–60 minutes, and we arrive early so we're ready before your event starts. Setup and teardown time is never counted against the hours you book.
Guests get their prints instantly at the booth, and digitals are shared on the spot by text or AirDrop where available. Your full online gallery of every photo is delivered within seven days of the event — most of the time it's ready the very next day.
Most setups need roughly an 8×8 to 10×10 ft area on a level surface and a single standard power outlet nearby; the 360 booth needs a bit more room. If you're unsure your venue has room, send us the details and we'll confirm the fit.
Yes, with a few conditions: we need a level surface, access to power, and cover from sun and rain (a tent or covered area). Let us know your setup and we'll advise on what works.
Absolutely. We design a custom print template for your event — for corporate events that means your logo on every photo that leaves the room, and we can add a custom branded backdrop (as an add-on) and digital overlays as well.
