Every event is quoted individually based on your date, how many hours you need, your location, and any custom work. Delivery, setup, teardown, an attendant, unlimited sessions, and your digital gallery are included in every package — there are no surprise fees. Tell us your date and we'll send a quote within one business day.
Delivery, setup, and teardown; a professional on-site attendant; unlimited sessions; a full prop box and standard backdrop; and a digital gallery of every photo. Setup and teardown are never billed against your rental hours.
Most booths are set up in 45–60 minutes, and we arrive early so we're ready before your event starts. Setup and teardown time is never counted against the hours you book.
We cover the greater Chicagoland area, including parts of Northwest and Southwest Indiana and Northern and Southern Illinois. Within our core service area there's no added travel fee. For events beyond it we handle travel case by case, based on actual mileage — there's no hard cutoff, so just send us your venue and we'll confirm.
Guests get their prints instantly at the booth, and digitals are shared on the spot by text or AirDrop where available. Your full online gallery of every photo is delivered within seven days of the event — most of the time it's ready the very next day.
Send us your date through the Check Availability form and we'll reply within one business day with availability and a quote. There's no obligation and no deposit required just to check whether your date is open.
Popular dates — especially Saturdays in wedding season — book up first, so earlier is better. That said, we'll always check; reach out even if your event is soon and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
We're finalizing our liability coverage right now and will be able to provide certificates of insurance — including naming your venue or district as additional insured — very soon. If your venue requires a COI for your date, reach out and we'll confirm timing for you.
Yes on our Open-Air and 360 booths — a background-checked, professional attendant is included to run the experience, help your guests, and keep the line moving, never as an upsell. The Digital booth is self-serve by design: the tablet interface is simple enough that guests run it themselves.
Most setups need roughly an 8×8 to 10×10 ft area on a level surface and a single standard power outlet nearby; the 360 booth needs a bit more room. If you're unsure your venue has room, send us the details and we'll confirm the fit.
Yes, with a few conditions: we need a level surface, access to power, and cover from sun and rain (a tent or covered area). Let us know your setup and we'll advise on what works.
You pick the window you want the booth running — for most weddings that's cocktail hour through the last dance. We keep pricing simple and quote the total for your event rather than nickel-and-diming downtime, so just tell us your ideal start and end and we'll build the quote around it.
