These terms apply to your use of the Booths & Beyond website. Booking an event is governed by the separate rental agreement we provide with your quote.

Using this site

You may browse this site and submit an inquiry for your own event planning. Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our content without permission.

Inquiries & quotes

Submitting the Check Availability form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A date is reserved only once we confirm availability and you accept a quote under our booking agreement. Quotes are estimates until finalized.

Booking, deposits & payment

Here’s how a booking works in plain terms — the binding version lives in the rental agreement you sign:

  • A 50% deposit holds your date and is due when you book.
  • The remaining balance is due the day before or the day of your event.
  • Schools and non-profits may be exempt from the deposit; other exemptions are handled case by case.
  • Cancellations and reschedulesare governed by your rental agreement — reach out as early as you can and we’ll work with you.

The rental agreement we send with your quote controls the actual booking.

No warranty

This website is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and current but don’t guarantee it is error-free.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the site or the business changes, and we change the date at the top of this page when we do. Using the site after a change means the updated terms apply.

If part of this doesn’t hold up

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. One clause failing doesn’t take the whole thing down with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Illinois.
